There has been a new rash of viruses that have been hitting hard lately.

I highly recommend http://www.bleepingcomputer.com as your first place to look for solutions.

In particular...Malwarebytes anti-malware, Combofix, and rkill as being an incredible powerful free utilities to combat some of the worst viruses out there. Be cautious and follow directions carefully.
